There are estimates that the overall incident (fees, increases, and all) could cost between $50,000 and $75,000 dollars when all is said and done, depending on how many DUIs that you have had in the past.
If you didn’t already have a reason to avoid a DUI, financial reasons are probably a decent consideration as well. It costs a lot more than many people can afford, and it can make your daily life that much more difficult to work through, too.
